Mischievous witches and heroic battles. Regicide and tyranny.  The dire, bloody consequences of one couple’s ambition. The stage is set for the rise and fall of Macbeth.

Our trained actors speak Shakespeare’s verse with the ease and clarity which make the verse instantly intelligible and give energetic and vibrant physical performances. A 60 minute performance covers the key plot points and scenes, followed by a workshop (up to 30 minutes) in which we explore how key themes and quotations of the original text informed our decisions with the production. This includes time for general questions and answers with the actors. The material explored in the performance and workshop links directly into the key assessment criteria of the GCSE exam boards.
